At the urging of my lovely, talented and very fun friends at Ground Floor Artists (in Surprise) Hamilton's MC Hamilton and Kathleen Kiesel Pieslor, I entered a couple of my paintings in the Glendale Arts Council’s annual state-wide art exhibition. And guess what? One of my pieces got in. Yay! I’ve been needing a win for quite some time since it’s been a rough couple of years—and this qualifies as a win.
