Donate your art to the Women’s League and help turn creativity into support, empowerment, and meaningful impact for women in our community.



Hello Artists,


The Trilogy’s Women’s Club is dedicated to supporting our community through various charitable initiatives. This year, we are excited to host our first Charity Art Auction on Monday April 13, 2026 which aims to raise funds for the Justa Center and the Dysart Community center. In 2025 the TAVWC was able to make cash donations of $27,600 to the charities we supported. This year our goal is to grow the support to these charities even higher. And we are asking for your help.


We are reaching out to the Trilogy Artisan League to partner with the Women’s Club as well as individuals like you who are committed to making a positive impact in our community. We would be grateful if you would consider donating original artwork for our live and silent auction. Examples of artwork we are seeking are original paintings or limited-edition prints, photography, glass work, ceramics or other fine art media. The artwork should be ready to hang or display. Paintings should have D rings and wire, and if glass, a proper dust cover.  Your contribution would not only enhance the event but demonstrate your support for a worthy cause. Your donation will be documented in the catalog prepared for the auction along with artist and art work details. For those of you in the upcoming Art Walk, the Women’s Club will provide a sign for you to display by the piece you are donating to advertise the event.


In appreciation for your support in providing valuable items for our attendees to purchase, you will gain visibility in our community through the auction, the promotional material which is intending to reach a diverse audience of community members and potential customers.   


For those interested in donating a piece of art, here are the next steps:

  1.  Email Rosemary and/or Shan ASAP but no later than February 19th to confirm that you have something to donate.
  2. By March 5th, we will want a photo and specific information about what you plan to donate. We will provide more information about that process before March 5th.
  3. Art will need to be delivered the week of March 26 – April 2. Details to follow.
